Acceptance
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") apply to Bubble Shooter 3D (the "Application"), a mobile game developed and provided by Artur Klopov, publishing under the name Klopoff (the "Developer", "I", "me").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application and uninstall it from your device.
License to Use the Game
Subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules, I grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for personal entertainment purposes.
You do not acquire ownership of the Application, its source code, content, design, artwork, audio, gameplay systems, branding, or related intellectual property.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Application or related services. In particular, you agree not to:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Application except as allowed by these Terms or mandatory law;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, unauthorized tools, or any method intended to manipulate gameplay, rewards, analytics, ads, or platform systems;
- interfere with, overload, damage, or bypass security, advertising, analytics, store, or technical systems used by the Application;
- use the Application for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing purposes.
Intellectual Property
The Application and all related materials are owned by me or licensed from third parties. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved. You may not use the Application's name, branding, or assets in a way that suggests endorsement or ownership without written permission.
Free Service and Advertising
The Application is currently provided as a free game and may display advertising. The Application may display ads through third-party advertising services, including Yandex Mobile Ads. Advertising providers, formats, and frequency may change over time.
The Application may include rewarded ads or other ad formats. Any in-game reward for viewing an ad has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. Rewarded ads may not always be available. A reward is granted only after the advertisement has been successfully viewed and confirmed by the advertising service. Rewards may be changed, limited, or removed as part of normal game updates.
No Purchases or Subscriptions
The Application is intended to be free to download and use. If the Application later offers paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions, these purchases will be processed through the billing system of the relevant app store, and the app store's payment and refund rules will apply in addition to these Terms.
Third-Party Services
The Application is built with the Unity engine and may use third-party services for advertising, analytics, or other functionality, including Yandex Mobile Ads and GameAnalytics. These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which are accessible on their respective websites. Your use of the Application may also be subject to the rules and policies of the app store or platform from which you downloaded it. I am not responsible for third-party services, websites, advertisements, or content that are not controlled by me. Third-party services may change their terms, policies, availability, or behavior independently.
Updates and Availability
The Application may change over time. I may update, modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue features, content, ad placements, supported devices, or the Application itself at any time, subject to applicable law and app store rules.
Some functions may require an internet connection, device compatibility, available storage, a supported operating system, or access to app store and third-party services. I am not responsible for carrier fees, data charges, roaming charges, device limitations, connectivity problems, or app store availability outside my reasonable control.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your device, operating system, and app store account secure. Jailbreaking, rooting, disabling platform security, installing unauthorized software, or using modified versions of the Application may expose your device to risks and may cause the Application to stop working correctly.
Privacy
The Application's data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you acknowledge that data may be processed as described there, subject to applicable law and any consent choices available to you. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Disclaimers
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I make no warranties that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or available at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Application. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not allowed by applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. I may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you violate these Terms, misuse the Application, or if the Application is discontinued. Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms ends and you must stop using the Application.
Applicable Law and Store Rules
These Terms apply together with mandatory consumer protection laws and the rules of the app store where you obtained the Application. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that you have under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above will be changed when a new version is published. Continued use of the Application after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
